Refund and Returns Policy

We care deeply about your satisfaction and the quality of every item you receive from us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy — regardless of your location in the world. Please read the information below carefully before initiating a return.

Return Conditions

If you would like to return an item, you must submit a return request within 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered. Items must be in original, unused condition, meaning:

  • The product has not been planted, filled, altered, or used in any way
  • It is returned with its original packaging, labels, and protective materials
  • It shows no signs of physical damage or wear caused by improper handling or use

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance items
  • Digital gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items returned without prior notice or authorization

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address based on your location.

You are responsible for:

  • Returning the item securely and in protective packaging
  • Covering return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Providing a tracking number for the return shipment (strongly recommended)

Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

International Returns

We ship to almost every country worldwide, and we also accept returns from all international destinations. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Return shipping costs from outside our fulfillment region are not covered by us unless the return is due to our error
  • Customs duties and import taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable
  • Returns should be marked clearly as “returned merchandise” to avoid additional customs fees

If your country imposes specific requirements for return declarations, please inform us in advance so we can assist you in complying with them.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived broken, cracked, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We kindly ask that you include clear photos of the damage and the packaging. In these cases, you may choose between:

  • A full refund, including original shipping fees
  • A free replacement of the damaged item

Claims for damaged goods received more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted due to carrier claim limitations.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

If your return is received in damaged condition due to insufficient packaging or misuse, we may deduct a portion of the refund or decline the return entirely.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to order a different product, please complete the return process for your original item and place a new order separately.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary
  3. Reach out to your bank, especially for international transactions

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your refund.
